Moving Forward....

How ironic that 5 years ago my A reached rock bottom and sought help.
I thank my HP Everyday bc he is still sober today and we are happy. Something I never thought would happen..but it did!
Well
I resigned from my job this week after making the realization that my boss is either a dry drunk or just plain insane. The past 3-4 months have been emotionally draining because the boss was Jekyl & hyde from one day to the next. What a shocker to one day realize....WOW I have been down this roller coaster before with my A - now its the boss!! I stopped sleeping, I started morphing back into that awful person that I was 5 years ago. So I sought my Al-Anon literature to help me cope.

Thank you HP!!! Because the next thing I knew a new job opportunity presented itself. I job I never thought I could get. A job that 5 years ago I would not have had the courage or confidence to go after. But 5 years in this wonderful wonderful program gave me the confidence to go for it! And I got it!

There is hope...I wanted to share a happy story because this program works.
