Well, you all know my birdie had been taken to the doc for a hernia.
It busted thru today and she was bleeding alot.
I put some stuff called "quikstop" on the two places it was bleeding from.
There was blood all over the bottom of her cage.
I have no idea if she will make it thru the night or how much longer she has, but my mom says I can bury her next to my other birdie, Percy in my mom's garden
Porr little Birdie. I am kinda trying to stay calm. I knew in the back of my mind this would probably happen, but it is still a shock and I am sad, bewildered, and now in more physical pain.
Drinking some relaxing tea and eating my dinner anyway, so I can save my strength.
Please keep her in your prayers.
Thanks,
Stacie

I held onto my dog because I didn't want to let her go...For my needs... After a few weeks I looked at her one day, and I realised I was being "selfish"..I made the decision and I let her go. How was I to know If she was In pain? Was she uncomfortable? I had no idea....
Animals pass away, but we have memories, happy memories to live with, and sometimes they need to be laid to rest...
I will pray your "small friend" is with you for some time yet...
