Just got back from the hospital and there is nothing more they can do. No more steroids, which is bad news as well as a blessing. 95% total paralysis if surgery is attempted. (Those stakes are a tad too high when you live alone.) STUNNED.
So, I suppose this is another area of my life that would benefit from the twelve step programme I carelessly tossed aside all those years ago. AND YOU THOUGHT YOU WERE HEALED UNTIL A FEW DAYS AGO?
On a twelve month waiting list for the PMP - Pain Management Programme, however off to my doctor tomorrow for new medication. Quality of life, that's what it's ALL ABOUT. APATHETIC.
I am down, so go on kick me why don't you. ANGRY.
