Recommended 6 months of service

Chairman duties (currently Maria123) Sets the agenda for monthly meetings, takes input from the other members for inclusion on the business meeting agenda, attends the business meeting, runs the monthly business meeting, works with the Secretary and Treasurer

Secretary duties (currently danz123) Works with the Chairman and Treasurer, keeper of information, attends business meeting, takes and posts the minutes of meetings, submits the minutes for approval at next business meeting.

Treasurer duties (currently david62) Works with the Chairman and Secretary, reports the financial status of the group (working with John, OP_Present to get that information), reports to the monthly business meeting, attends business meeting.
