Hi All,
Unfortunately my job has to finish at the end of October, the lady I replaced has decided to come back, I don't blame her its a great job. I am upset but not as devastated as I thought I would be, though its come at the worst time financially, the grant people are looking for their pound of flesh, saying that they paid me when they should not have, I have to repay that, I suppose. My jobsharing partner is very upset as she has to go back to afternoons and this really does not suit her, we were working on a week on week off basis. I am turning it over to my HP and instead of being immobilised I got all my paperwork done today as planned, this is a first for me when upsetting things happen. I also impressed my boss with my attitude who will keep me in mind for any work that comes along so its not all bad. I have approached the engineering dept for help with my fees, and a previous employer asking him for work. It will pass.

Action is everything. A year ago I was not able to get a second job as I was too bogged down with the A. Now I am super focused on getting some money in the bank so I have other options. I need medical dental glasses badly. I need to provide them. I am so glad for your attitude.

I know I will encounter other finanical hiccoups in the future but right now I am glad to be paying down bills and getting away from the A. He has done nothing but totally drain me for the past year.

It will be nice to take things as they come someday

Hi Guys,
the grant guy rang me first thing and seemed very reasonable, looks like we can work something out payment wise. I explained that some of the bill would not be mine through various factors and he is willing to wait for me to check this out. I feel better taking responsibility for this mess and am glad he is willing to wait for it in instalments, so all the work I had to get together for the other crowd has really come in useful, I need it for this now and wait for it, I kept copies. I'm not too upset about the job, there is possible future work and I need to get my head down and finish the doctorate, thanks so much for all your support, it has been great,
