With all the extreme weather going on, just wanted to let know that I'm keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers. I've been thinking about all of you when I see the hurricanes, the extreme heat, the floods, etc. Hope you all are safe and sound. Please be careful out there. I wouldn't want anything to happen to you and your families.

Mahalo for your heart. Flossie turned out to be a threat and only a threat and that is the reality. Since I don't do what ifs I leave that up to others. We did have 4 earthquakes caused by new volcanic activity to the south and that can be unnerving while standing at the kitchen sink and the house is trying to teach you to hula. Of course we got the rain and then we still have the rain. The tsunami warnings come at us regularly and we are way to high in elevation to get hit. Still we got one of those also. If the wave gets higher than 1000 feet it can have my house and anything else it wants. I just have to get my wife, dogs and myself and help anyone else get to 1001 feet.
Life is. Acceptance helps it to be livable. There is so much more to participate in and enjoy without effort. Surf was up so lots of them guys were happy. My son-in-law in Iraq is still alive...that's a big one. My grandson just started to walk and laugh at the same time. Can't believe that this simple thing can make soooo many others enjoy life with him.
Of course HP (God as I understand God) is; everything, everywhere and all the time. What in the world do I have to be afraid of. Not even an alcoholic.
