They can also do wierd things with their eyes like excessive blinking and jerking their necks. It's called tweaking or you could call the person a tweaker.
The most dangerous stage of meth abuse for abusers, medical personnel, and law enforcement officers is called "tweaking." A tweaker is a heavy Meth user who probably has not slept in 3-15 days and is irritable and paranoid. Tweakers often behave or react violently and if a tweaker is using alcohol or another depressant, his negative feelings and associated dangers intensify. The tweaker craves more meth, but no dosage will help re-create the euphoric high, which causes frustration, and leads to unpredictability and potential for violence. A tweaker can appear normal: eyes can be clear, speech concise, and movements brisk. But a closer look will reveal the person's eyes are moving ten times faster than normal, the voice has a slight quiver, and movements are quick and jerky. These physical signs are more difficult to identify if the tweaker is using a depressant.
Heavy Meth users are often involved in domestic disputes and motor vehicle accidents. They may also be present at "raves" or parties and they may participate in spur-of-the-moment crimes, such as purse snatchings or assaults, to support their habit.
Detaining a heavy meth user alone is not recommended and law enforcement officers should call for backup.

When my A was taken into custody, he fought the police and was "tazed". It basically electrocutes them into submission. I can imagine that's what it would take to subdue my A when he is high. He was so high they were afraid to take him to jail, so they put him in the emergency room.
Holy crap!!!!! I had no idea. My AH only (???!) took hydrocodone and other Rx drugs and drank.... never got to that point of that kind of behavior under that influence. I guess in some weird sick way, I'm grateful.
My daughter, who I met 3 years ago (I gave her up for adoption in 1985) had been doing meth. She was into alot of street drugs and I was amazed at what she would do.... just doesn't make sense to me. She's been clean and sober now for almost 2 years, thank God.
Thank you for the information... I'm shocked and saddened for those who look to meth and all drugs to fill the void in their hearts and lives.
