I was hoping after I ignored his last two attempts at contacting me he would go away, but he contacted me again tonight. I sent him an email telling him to no longer contact me because I am moving on with my life. I feel so angry and hurt. He must really get off on trying to torture me.
From reading your other post, I think you are doing the right thing. Be strong, stand up for what you believe you deserve (no games right!?). Hang in there - I'm sure he'll be backing off soon - hopefully your email did it - don't give in cause you know what you want and you won't be happy with yourself later on if you give in now.
Thank you all for your encouraging words. He made it a point to tell me how lucky I was to have been seeing him. Lucky?? Please!!!! It was more like waiting for crumbs to be delivered. I guess I should have bowed down and kissed his precious feet!! How very lucky of me to be graced by his presence. I am being totally facetious! If I had his picture, I'd throw darts at it then flush it down the toilet. AAAAaaaarghhhh!
Alanon slogans help in these trying times. They are short and easy to read or recite when our minds are running amuck with a million things swirling about. I found reciting the serenity prayer over and over again if needed, helped me balance my thinking when I was confused or distraught. Keep up the good work , and remember your life is about YOU, and taking care of yourself is #1. If someone else is involved, remember to "Say what you mean,,,,,But do not say it mean".
