You guys are the best.....when I find myself upset I immediatly think of all of you and know things will be okay because of the love and support I have here. I went and had my mamogram yesterday and now am totally freaking myself out. The imaging clinic called, they found something in one of my breasts. I asked if it was the left because last time they found something and it turned out to be scar tissue. She said no it's in my right one. So I go next Thursday for a special mamogram and possibly an ultra sound. They said I will know next week exactly what the doctor thinks or doesn't think it is. I guess it's the not knowing that go me so worked up. Say a little prayer.
It is almost a year since I lost my mom to cancer, it was reaccuring breast cancer.
Oh ((Honey)) One time they did a sonogram on me. They said "We found something on your left breast" I said "What does that mean?" "We can't release that information over the phone" So I'm freaking out too. I go see a general surgeon in the end and after all the examining and all it turns out to be a massively huge cyst that happened to be next to a lymph node and when the two sat next two each other it looked like cancer. ((So sorry you have to live with this))
Sending out prayers for peace & comfort for you. If you have a trusted girlfriend, maybe she can go to the appointment with you for support - if not then take us in your heart.
Peace, Rita

No matter what me and my God are going to be ok, even better than OK -
I know this whole routine with the mamograms. I'm going through the same thing. I'm lucky because my doctor runs the breast care center. So I trust her completely. I just happen to be a lumpy person. But I always do wonder when I go in what will happen. But as I remind myself, I know nothing until I know. I'd rather have a good doctor looking after me than one who doesn't care. Prayers are on the way. Keep thinking positive thoughts, all be well.
Love and blessings to you and your family.

It's your life. Take no prisoners. You will have it your way.
Hi Mary, So sorry to hear of the anxious time you are in. I had this happen back in February. By late March and the insurance company cleared everything, I went through a biopsy. They didn't say it wasn't cancer but they said at this time it didn't look like it. So in September I will go in for another mamogram and ultrasound to check on it. They left a small marker, piece of titanium I think they said, so they can see the place again quickly and easily. Hopefully the little spot will just be gone! I really haven't thought much about it since. My AH keeps me on my toes a bit. No time allowed for me to be worrying.. ya know what I mean! LOL! Anyway, good luck to you. You are in my prayers.
