I'll try to shorten this as much as possible. - I think step 2 is happening to me. That a power greater than me can restore me to sanity. I had a dream, of a young child who was on vacation and saw a bear cub wander into her back yard. When the girl attempted to approach the cub she heard and then saw the mother bear coming after her. The girl ran up a tree and the mother bear followed her and the bear began taking its huge sharp paws and raking them down the girls body several times and then the bear climbed down the tree. Surprisingly, the girl survived the bear attack. But as she grew older she would wake up in the morning and would be all raked up and looked just like she did after the bear attack. She would heal and then again this phenomenon of waking up being scratched up and bloody would happen again. It became quite a curious thing among people who knew her. She went to the Dr. who monitored her sleep and found out it was the girl who was doing this to herself while she was asleep-over and over again. I then heard a very loving voice which said, " I am going to heal you of this, I am going to take care of you." I wondered right then if my HP meant he would heal me right away or if it would be a gradual thing-- Well, it appears to be gradual. I think this board is part of the plan and I now am going to look for a f2f meeting. Just wanted to share my Ahaa moment.

I took a dream "therapy" group way back when, and I remember the group leader saying a person dreams every night, but only a few times in their life does a magnificent, meaningful dream break through with a message from HP or God or whatever you call the Divine. He went on to say a profound shift in the growth of a person is often heralded by such a dream. Thanks for sharing your healing 'moment" with us :)
Victoria, I'm so happy for you. I believe that you're making a turn too. I love what Kim said about making a profound shift in growth through your dream. How wonderful!
