The material presented
here is not Al-Anon Conference Approved Literature. It is a method
to exchange
information, ideas, feelings, problems and solutions on a personal
level.
It has been one year ago today that I joined the wonderful MIP family. Wow, seems like a lot longer.
Just wanted to take a moment to say "Thanks"
Thanks for adding to my recovery. I have gained so much just by being a member. I have been able to do some service work, learned more about Al-Anon, get different insights to painful situations, and most of all I have been blessed to gain a wonderful host of new friends. I even have a wonderful "on-line" sponsee.
She has especially been a blessing to me. Never knew you could have such a connection with a person you have never met f2f. We have been able to talk on the phone, email and visit thru pm. She is an awesome person and very dedicated to her recovery. In case she doesn't know - I wanted her to know - she has helped my recovery grow tremendously. You know who you are & I'm grateful for you & love you dearly.
I love all of you dearly. You all hold a special place in my heart. As we read in the meetings, the "warmth & fellowship" that you find here is like no other.
Thank you for showing me unconditional love and acceptance on those days when I couldn't give it to myself.
I wish each of you a day filled with peace, love & joy. May each of you experience a special gift from your HP letting you know that you are truly loved.
((Hugs to MIP family))
Rita
