I have never seen a chrysalis photographed or in person. How wonderful it is! I never imagined that you can see through it. Thank you for sharing the pictures.

Tommye, it was amazing ;) That was at a butterfly pavillion that they had near here, it was a tent full of butterflies. You could even put sugar water on your hands and have them land on you and drink from your hands! My younger son just loved that and my older one did too :) I love butterflies, a symbol of re-birth

So very cool! Loved seeing the fishers too! Butterflys are so amazingly beautiful! Brings us back to what matters!

I think there is a butterfly expo here too in the fall. I must check it out as the pictures are spectacular.
