Closes a door and opens a window...

Well, earlier this week I decided to turn down a job offer. I wrestled with it and decided I didn't want to move right now. Partially, this is because of my recovery work and I don't want to get derailed when I'm making so much progress. It's too much stress right now. So... I wrestled and decided to turn it down Sunday night.

THEN...

Today, out of the blue at work, I was offered a change in my current position that could resolve many of the issues that made me want to find a new job! The details still need to be worked out and it may not come together, but I was still struck by how encouraging it is to get the offers!

I think that if I keep working hard and have faith, there will be opportunities like this and serendipitous timing - when God closes a door, she opens a window!

Yay!!!!!!!

D,

It reminds me of our slogan, Expect a Miracle.  Congratulations to you on the new position.  I am thrilled for you in so many ways.
