Lately I'm not coping as well as I have in the past.  I have one brother with aggressive cancer, and the other brother with heart issues.  My sister is not grounded in reality at the moment, a great concern, and my spouse is in early recovery--life is tricky and inconsistent.

I lean into my program tools every day.  I try to take one day at a time and not project into the future.  Sometimes I need one hour at a time and/or one minute. And of course, God grant me the serenity.....
