Thanks Debbie for your service and share. My daily routine of prayer is in the morning, but I find many things throughout the day remind me of my HP. This happens especially out in nature, when I'm struggling with something and an idea pops into my head, and sometimes there is a close call like dropping something heavy on the floor that doesn't land on my toes, I'm grateful! I feel some force of spiritual energy looking out for me. That's my HP :)

Great page, thanks Deb and Lyne for your ESH, and beautiful lilies!
Most of my searching prayers are in the form of meditation, a practice I found and developed after finding Alanon. This is the time where I quiet the voice of my plotting mind to open my heart to my higher power.
I can do this at any time of need, but my routine is to engage this practice at first of day, in the quiet and dark hour of the morning. That time holds a peace that offers an elevated lauchpad for a higher power connection.
When I hold to this, the theme of my day is internally set and more easily recalled in times of strain. It is when I allow other, seemingly important tasks to pull me away that a decline in my spiritual connection and quality of social interchange becomes noticeable.
Grateful for the timely reminders

Lovely share Paul, thank you because you remind me of how meditation is a very important part of my daily life.
This reminder shows me how much I have taken it for granted!!
Today's reading imparts the knowledge that when we pray from the heart God knows what we are going through
with out spelling it all out. As long as we are praying from the "heart and not just with words" we will know we
are on a personal spiritual path open to our HPs help and guidance.
Todays reminder: "Prayer is my most personal form of communication." "I can pray by consciously thinking,
writing, creating, feeling and hoping." "Whether I reach deep inside myself or t urn outward toward the majesty
of nature, it is the spirit of prayer rather than its form that matters." "Today I will let my heart speak."
Todays Quote: "God meets me where I am .. .. .. If I am just willing, He will come to me." ~ As We Understood
I so appreciated that guidance, hope, love and assurance come to me from my HP in so many different ways,
especially when I am thinking and hoping outside while I am gardening. Probably why I love gardening so much!!!
I promised a photo of the day lilies in bloom that I planted along a very long stockade fence line and here it is.
Enjoy. When they all open it is always a harbinger of summer. J
Where do you find yourself, for the most part, when you pray and receive guidance and hope?
TGIF!!
