The author of this days reading speaks about the "insanity" of doing the same thing(s) over and over and expecting a different
outcome. How Step Three helps us, in Al-Anon, to make that "decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of the God as we understood Him."
Reminder: "I may find it easy to point to the alcoholics irrational or self-destructive choice." "It is harder to admit that my own behavior has not
always been sane." "Today I can let go of insisting upon my will." "With this simple decision I make a commitment to sanity."
Quote: "Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new end." ~ As We understand
Such a complete reading, which shows me how I can stop worrying about what I have done in the past, but paints a clear and less anxious path to
a better future for myself.
For me, the insanity started to disappear the moment I learned how to Let Go and Let God.
How do you see yourself in this reading?

Thank you Debbie for your service. Before recovery I was stuck in my own emotional pain cycle by trying to force solutions upon my A. I have a much saner and enjoyable life focusing on solutions for myself. HP and all aspects of this program continue to point me towards God with a good orderly direction. Grateful member. :)
