Even though I know that guilt & shame get you basically nowhere, I can see now that it is also a healing process. I have made some really bad decisions lately. It stems from not being able to see that it is in the past. God continually shows me that I am not alone & that he shows me his love through other people. Today I will show someone I love them & show more gratitude. Thanks for being there for me. I love you all.
