Just reviewing old posts and re-witnessing so much ESH, kindness and love. I cannot believe how lucky I was to find all of you. I have learned so much over the years, felt such support in moments of need and amassed such strength and the ability to live healthy because of the program and you. I am having a peaceful night and I am so grateful for everyone here. Whether someone who had been there already or a brand new person who reminded me how far I had come, you all helped me on my journey. Thank you and warmest (((hugs))).
