setting boundaries as to how much computer use I do
quitting milk chocolate candy bars (was doing good then UI expired, I began to stress eat) and other junky foods
doing my meditations and gratitude list to HP and visualizing my happy means of support/where i want to be..getting to bed earlier starting last night so I can recycle my circadium rythem which since Covid has been all out of whack

Nice work Mamalioness!!
I have been trying to quit smoking, but it hasn't been working out to well.
I will not give up though, and instead of cold turkey (which I did for 10 days) I
am going to trying the weaning method instead.
I also lost 10 pounds and need to lose another 5, feel so much better!!

Thank you Rose for Inspiring shares. Just secured blocks of workout time at the Y. Restrictions eased...I'm fully vaxxed and willing to adhere to their mask/social distancing guidelines.
Wake up, read daily, walking meditation while admiring gardens /listening to birds chirping en route, cardio/strength mix, walk home . It's great me time...aiming for 3X per week. DM2021-rumour has it quitting smoking is harder than quitting heroin. Kudos for not giving up on giving it up. Have a fantastic day.

That sounds like a wonderful routine, Daffodils! Getting back into a structured workout schedule is so rewarding. Speaking of fitness, I've been using a supplement from https://www.hghworld.top to boost my energy and recovery times. It's made a noticeable difference in my workouts and overall stamina. Highly recommend checking it out if you're looking to enhance your fitness journey. Have a fantastic day!
