We are off to the rugby this weekend- to see Les Touts Noirs play against Fiji.

In my view that also applies to the mods and the admins.
If this vote goes ahead I shall complain through the Ao-NZ GSO to the executive to WSO.
This is not an official Alanon group linked to WSO.
But it is carrying the Alanon name as a logo.
This is what we are seeking to rectify here.
First the moderator of the combined MIP Steps/Traditions board.

David, it gives me no joy to say what I have observed here of light and that is your toxic behavior and your refusal to settle down and keep the focus on yourself and your recovery and as a consequence, we are losing members left and right. this brave member who posted this echoes many of us and how we feel right now.
I am not here to work your inventory, I have my own to deal with but I do not feel safe posting on this board, and who said anything about kicking the lady on the step board off. All we said was that you single-handedly put her in there and we have no idea who she is. You were given that job and instead of going to the moderators you just, on your own, without regard to anybody elses feelings or Input, installed somebody in that position without consulting anyone. This is what I am reading on these posts
Your sarcasm and your barbs at the moderator its not going unnoticed, and I want to say that I am really saddened and disgusted at what I am seeing of late

In all proceedings the World Service Conference of Al-Anon shall observe the spirit of
the Traditions:
1. that only sufficient operating funds, including an ample reserve, be it prudent financial
principle;
2. that no Conference member shall be placed in unqualified authority over other members;
3. that all decisions be reached by discussion vote and whenever possible by unanimity;
4. that no Conference action ever be personally punitive or an incitement to public
controversy;
5. that though the Conference serves Al-Anon it shall never perform any act of
government; and that like the fellowship of Al-Anon Family Groups which it serves, it shall
always remain democratic in thought and action.
