Today is a great day! I am living my best life! Of course it is not perfect but I am hanging in there for the better not the worst. God knows I am doing the best I can! How many times as someone said to me that they are doing the best they can? I agree but there is more to it than that. We are doing better sometimes than we think that we can or able. I an not just here for mediocre, I want to really live. There were times when I just existed & didn't want to live. But God had a lot of other plans. If I would have given up, I would have never met my better half. He is the reason why I am afloat. He makes my life less complicated. Isn't that funny that my recovering alcoholic is making my life less complicated? Who would have thought that long term sobriety would change "my" world so much. But my recovery is not based on what he does all the time. I am responsible for my own recovery keeping my mind also on my sanity.
That's it for now! I can really ramble!
