I am downhere on the coast. Painting mostly. Looking after mum three sheep... digging, planting- cutting the heads off of thistles...
...I still have some of my demons. Maybe I always will?
But feeling more healthy today that i have for sixty years. More with it...
...and still a way to go... ...

Weekend celebrating the treaty with founded our country in 1840.
Getting myself prepared for a day-long workshop- at the end of the month...
quietly dealing with some old stuff that might get in the way of that-\but really
looking forward to the opportunity to participate. To try and fulfil my Step 12
and Tradition 5... ...as planned for this year... ...
I needed to know how many Alanon groups in New York.
Of course, now things are in lock-down over there. But I looked and saw
that Betty's [or the group Betty was in] in Lower Manhattan, was still there.
That is what I want behind me- as I get older... ... ...
