I just wanted to say good morning to you all. My wife an I have our couples session today and the previous ones usually end up with us worse off than when we start. We usually right after just talk about it without our therapist and always work it out on our own. I feel like today will be different it will only be positive . I feel both of us are going into it with only gratitude for each other and our selves. I hope everyone's day is alittle brighter even though the sky is dark here (looks like more rain). Have a great morning all of you.
Oh yeah and the book we read to each other is called "Just for Today" you can also read each days entry online at JFTNA.org. Thought I would pass it along.

Hi Geoff...
we had a bonny spring day monday, with rain and snow yesterday.
I had some bare ground- and made the most of the rain by sowing grass-seed.
