All I did this am was remind boss to sign my check because he HAS forgotten me and has left office.....he got pi***d at me and accused me "you don't even say hello to me and you remind me to sign your check, and it IRRITATES me" and this was LOUD and ANGRY coming from him...NOT kind at all
I stood up from my chair and I said very loudly "excuse me, what do you call my coming in and asking how you are, how the new workers are doing, and with the weather rainy, are you gonna hang out with US in the office??? WHAT do you call THAT??? is that NOT saying a greeting to you????"
Office mgr is in her room laughing because I just handed him his ass...I further told him that he HAS forgotten my check and I have the RIGHT to remind him....I ask him "are you gonna remember me when I come in?? because I don't like having to remind you either"
he kinda shut up and left the place and Liz and I got a lot of stuff done...She could not believe how I turned on him for that exchange that SHE said he was an jerk to do that to me...She agreed with me that THAT was WRONG what he did...and that I DID chat him up before I reminded him about check.....
So its clear!!! he does not like me, but can't say anything bad about my work...I am going to bide my time..Someone else will come along who appreciates me better, older clients are trying to gear up again and THEY not only treat me good, but they PAY me $10 more per hour and ONE of them tips me.....
Oh I took care of me alright, LOL, I can't believe that I actually stood up from my chair and glared at him and challenged him on his accusation that I "dont even say hello first" I was not gonna let him talk to me that way....
later, I had to call him and tell him things that HAVE to be dealt with, as they have been sitting in the office and I was polite...not friendly, but polite, professional and that is the way its gonna be till I am outta there.....
Now I shall lift him in prayer..send him peace and goodwill and THANK my HP for the new client coming my way who will be a happier person to work for....

YEP, ((((((((PnP)))))))))))) so true....I had kinda "blown off" his earlier stapping at me, but NOT THIS TIME....I'm done...will look for another client, meantime i am grateful for the money I do earn, but I'm NOT planning on staying....I'm used to being treated nice...Even that one client who dissed me on confirmation re: work, he apologized and gave me a raise for when I DO return...right now, office not ready and safe for me but will be soon...his staff are working out of their houses.....it was just a huge misunderstanding and I owned my part in it...thought I was going back to work before he was really ready....its not weekly, but he will pay me even better when I do come back.......HE wants to keep me...the other one I lost due to Covid?? will be starting his business back up soon and guess who he wants returning....still missing folks, but this is a start
AND life is waaaay too shore to take S*** from someone who doesn't appreciate me.....I wish him the best, but as soon as I can, I'm gone
OH and guess what!!! He quit buying bottled water for us so we have to use the FOUNTAIN??? out in the shop?? where anyone and everyone uses it???? I am high risk for virus with age and asthma so that was my other deciding point to get out of there ASAP....Off. Mgr and I are bringing in our own water.....

I had CoVID 19 in Februsry so the virus hs not an issue
I am working really hard not to be eeactive. When I enfounter someone difficult which lets face it is every day I am working not to let it bother me. That is major detachment for me. I am also niw workjng not tonlet all the issues with COVID bother ne. My serenity is very important to.me
I have been working all through this issue.
I have earned kess miney by chouce. That is because I was oretty sick in May. It took ne a while to get ny strength uo. I am now at a place where I have the energy tio face the day. I barely had that the last 6 minths
In fact I would say the kast quarter of last year thriugh to now my energy has been diminished. That is a ling time to mot be working wffectively. I onky have another 6 months of this year so I have to try to get to my goals. Anyons who gets in the way of that us not worth bitherhng abou.
I am willing thesw days to oirk double time on my detachment. Managing ny depression is one of my key tasks
Makung olans after not having any plans for 6 minths is so so ceucil for ne.

Dear Maresie, I find my peace and serenity are vital and #1 for me...stress is downright life threatening for me, and I won't "go there" My HP , I am thanking him EVERY day as I lift this ugly, rude man up in prayer and give over the anger and resentments, I just ask HP to bless him and I THANK HP for moving me to a happier, easier place to work...even tho prayer is "pending" I STILL thank HP for prayer answered.....claiming my good before it comes is powerful....I don't work for him for another couple of weeks, so lots can happen between those times....doing my grateful list helps....lifting those who persecute me in prayer helps...taking care of me helps AND, IF I have to walk out?? I will just have to trust HP that I will be ok

I most certainly have encountered severe difficulties in the past 6 months
However I choose not to walk out of certain aituations because I am not willng to out myself out on a limb. I work on detaching by the.minute.
Firthermore I no linger focus on the charactir traits of other people. I focus on my goals and myself. Whatever is wrong with then is their priblem not mine.
I have had many many difficult job.situations. lin the last recession Inhad to work at certain jobs for extended periods until I could find alternative work.
That is not a situation I entertain anymore
I learned from that situation that I do not leave a job until I have another one lined up. Unemployment is too precaripus. The stimulus payment us now being cut off in the 3rd week of July. I kniw how stare funded systens wirk it is by deliberare chaos. Aftsr all there is no problem in the tax collection deoartnents.
I wncounter rude obnoxious micro managing oeople every day. I am at a place where I. Will no longer oermit anyone to destroy my.serenity. i will not let their pettiness upset me in any way shaoe or form. Al anon gave ne the skils to.do that. I do not have to rely on my higher power to keeo me housed I am oerfectly caoable of doing that even in the middle of a oandemic. In fact since there is a criss with the pandemic daily I am wirking actively to detach from that. Why would I.let that crisis bother me either?
After all I endured with my qualifier and other persons in my life I simoly will not bv e swallowed uo by triiggers any more. I am gkad I have oeople around me who vcan assist me into moving into another place psychologically.
