We can stop punishing ourselves for past mistakes instead of clinging to our pain and guilt.
If we believe that our wrongs are too great to be righted, we are left in a perpetual state of grief, but if we choose to believe that change is possible, there is hope. Change doesn't happen all at once, but little by litt,e one day at a time. When we take the leap of faith needed to let go of the past, we take back our best selves and begin to live the lives we were meant to live.

Today's reading is a great reminder for me that I can chose to acknowledge and mourn my losses as a way of letting them go and moving forward to find happiness. When I decide to hold on to pain, I am only hurting myself and keeping myself from living my best life. Letting go of pain is a process for me, and happens little by little. I've found that when I take the time to acknowledge and feel the pain, it is easier for me to let it go. In the past, I frequently tried to deny or hide my pain, and thought that ignoring it would go away. However, thanks to this program, I've found that a better way forward for me is to face the pain, and then thoughtfully release it.
It's a beautiful day today, and I'm thankful that the bunnies my dogs located for me last night are all still safe and sound in their nest, and their mother has been by to feed them. I've learned a lot about eastern cottontail rabbits, and if I can keep the dogs away for another week or so, the babies should be hopping around on their own! I hope you make today a great day

One of the disasters that happened tome this year was a terrible experience with a moving company. I filed a complaint wuth Bettter business. That is why some of my stuff is in storage by my house.
This calamity was when I was pretty sick
Talk about an abyss.
I kept on going despite all this.
Today I decided to let that calamity go.
Some of my neighbors are going to help me with that stuff.
I should be all moved back in a week
That will mean that this whole saga was over 6 months. I need to work on ketting go of it. I have had plenty of hard times in my life. This is just one of them
