Just passing along a suggestion from one of my groups in response to the pandemic. Take what you like and leave the rest.
Practice after waking in the morning and before bedtime. Sit in a straight-back chair facing east or north.Close your eyes and take in a deep breath and exhale, three times.Relaxed and motionless, empty mind of all restless thoughts or worry.Practice with deep attention and confident faith for as long as you are able.End with sincere prayer and deep feeling to the Higher Power.
Close your eyes and visualize a white healing light surrounding you...
Visualize the light expanding... surrounding your loved ones and your home... your neighborhood... your city... your state or province... your country... and expanding bigger and bigger until the planet is surrounded by this white healing light
Visualize the virus disappearing... vanishing...
Visualize peace and calm surrounding the entire planet...
Observe the hysteria, panic, blame, hatred, fear, and grief becoming quiet... and calmer and calmer
See the space fill with the divine light of love... peace... health and wholeness.... wisdom... harmony.. unity... and deep calm.
Visualize the entire planet as one big ball of beautiful white glowing light of Love...
((((( sustain this peaceful state as long as you are able )))))

This works for me and has for a long time. I make it a habit so practice comes without thought. Mahalo for the share. (((hugs)))
