Betty, continuous gratitude for your support and guidance with the program. I accept that it all started and continues with step one and that each day of my recovery is best started at "One". It is easiest when I have a large family who does the very same thing. Happy New Year.

Thank you Betty for your service! I am reminded this morning that being powerless is not weakness or bad, it just is....by accepting and surrendering in Step One, I am open to be and do different - healthy feels way better than BR - Before Recovery! (((Hugs)))

Thanks Betty! I love the steps and step 1 is the beginning. It's very cool to start the entire process in Jan. which we will be doing in my F2F this week. By doing a step a month with my group, it keeps all the steps fresh in our minds and hearts. It's a good process which I appreciate.

January is Step One...and Step One is the very beginning...the foundation of the program, of recovery, of getting better and getting healthy. Each of them is a reflection of each person. Each person's recovery is their own.
I love Step One. Once I immersed myself in Step One, and truly got it, truly embraced it, and was at one with it...the entire rest of the program, and my recovery, all fell into place. Step One was the first domino to fall...and then all of the others did after that, sequentially, one after the other.
