Hi TT,
A permalink is a link to a specific individual post. If you want to send someone a link to a certain post, you can click the blue Permalink thing, and copy the link address. Then you can paste that link address into another post or message. For example, I did that to grab this link to a post I made a while ago: alanon.activeboard.com/t65736981/what-is-al-anon-what-is-al-anon-not/
