I've been finding myself repeating that frequently today because I've been getting fearful. I've also been saying "God's got XYZ" because really, I have to trust in that.
I know one of my biggest character defects is fear, and a lot of the time that fear comes from convincing myself I am not enough. I'm not perfect enough, I'm not creative enough, I'm not clean enough, I'm not smart enough, I'm not funny enough, I'm not skinny enough, I'm not tan enough, I'm not popular enough, I'm not rich enough, not enough, not enough, not enough.
I've come to an understanding in this program, however, that those limiting beliefs I have are not true. They either came to me from family members, friends, acquaintances, commercials, etc. But they're not ME or MY truth.
Developing a loving relationship with my Higher Power has really helped me with this.
So, if I find myself feeling fearful, I'll repeat to myself "I am enough."

I have always struggled with "I am not perfect enough." My desire to be perfect in whatever I attempt is truly mind-blowing to me when I sit and examine it. I don't even know where it comes from, as my parents were not one of those that demanded perfection, or withheld love.
I am learning how to ease up... this in turn, helps me to "go easy" on others as well.
I am currently dealing with a lot of fear due to the unknown and lack of control regarding my father's health. Due to my circumstances, I depend on him quite a bit right now. To lose him would be unimaginable. So to keep myself from spinning out of control emotionally, I too, remind myself daily that my HP is looking out for me, and his HP is looking out for him. It is NOT easy for me, as I have always felt that God had "dropped the ball" with me. So my faith is tenuous at best. But I try.
Thank you for reminding me that in trying, it is enough... I am enough.
