EASY DOES IT

As I Practice slowing down, breathing, pausing when I'm not sure, I notice life is not so much of a struggle

Its OK to go slow when doing a task that requires precision...Its FINE to take it leisurely when I am taking  a shower, it is a absolute pleasure ...

I am beginning to get shed of the frantic, rushing through something...Now I take time to feel, smell, hear, touch, see...enjoying my 5 senses as I go through my chores or my play, on the strength machines at the gym, I actually noticed which muscles in my body were being worked....

PROGRESS!!!!

I just love EASY DOES IT Rose it can support a lot of my procrastination or steady my heart beat depending on where I am at and what I want to do.  I don't like working it for a whole day though...UH UH.   Have fun with it... ((((hugs))))  

I heard today that the slogans are like the hand rail of the program. 

I am so glad the holidays are over because I tend to feel pretty alone over the holidays. Apart from one big slip up over Thanksgiving when there was a major catastrophe in my building this has been a calmer holiday than most.  Nevertheless I have had to work really hard on not being triggered .  The slogans helped me a great deal through that time  The major catastrophe that happened over Thanksgiving reminded me that I have so little control over so much. 

I embrace those slogans because I certainly need that handrail.
