Step 3: made the decision to turn my life and issues over to my higher power AS I UNDERSTAND IT
I've always had issues with trusting anything outside of me: my RX??? FIRST...stop fighting with the HP of another's understanding...Find and connect with my OWN HP.....
Mine is within me...and underneath all the minutia, I know, mine does work for my better good...IF I get out of my own way and DO the work...DO all I can...Visualize it already taken care of...do my grateful prayer and LET GO of the outcome....
just visualize it already happening and say thank you, it comes to be under grace and in perfect ways because I have cast this burden of (name what is my need) and I go free to have my (naming my need)....So in short....Non resistance, casting my burdens, saying thank you for request taken care of...AND go about my day

Hi Rose. I work them all each day I start the day with steps 1,2 and 3 when challenged I look within examine my motives, pray and meditate and place principles above personalities. The Steps and slogans work
