This is my update from past post of flying to Las Vegas to by with my Daughter n Family,3 half hour flight,so well worth it,
I actually made it,never flown in my life stayed in my box in Mississippi,
Aim a brave courageous,willing person,was able to over come alot of my fears just by doin it,living in the now,leaning on my hp.seems like a dream,that im proud of myself,,, gotten all my kids here with me

Thanks David and Betty for your encouragement,so far I've been enjoying myself being with my precious children ,the plane trip was very smooth,the leaving the ground almost got my anxiety up all in all everything went well.all my fears were.none real.

You're working it LU an it works when you do that. The courage to fly is so often overlooked and is real. I love to fly as does my wife and we will be looking forward to the flight up there in a month or so. Gotta plan cause I am leaving home and am fixated on home while she is going back to family and misses them. It will be okay, we will both have to exercise our acceptance tools in either direction. ((((hugs))))

Thanks for all your much needed encouragement it really means a lot to me now with teary eyes,it still seems like I'm in a dream,lol,I did it,it's a good thing I did for me,my anxiety gets high ,with using my tools I think positive thoughts only,breathing ,I know only with my HP all this came about ,trusting HP an his will for me..............I climbed mountains yesterday watched my grandson's s ow sledding,today I'm going down on the strip heart of Las Vegas.........((((group hugs))))) to my alanon Family,.......also I'm hoping to go to a meeting before I leave here .
