Hi web helper ,
I already had mirc set up to my desk top,just it won't let me in all the time,I set it up from the mirc site may be why.
I think I may need to uninstall it then reinstall it from the site you gave me to do from mip.
What are your thoughts on this?? Should I uninstall? I don't know.

That would be where I would start. Uninstall from your computer, restart your computer to clear all memory, reinstall using the download provided by MIP and the instructions on the MICR page. If that doesn't work then we can try something different.
