 MY TAKE________Oh yea, the gratitude list..sometimes i have to do it with my "teeth clenched"  but yea, it helps

Running away from my demons, Only makes them chase me up harder....

I used to think my hassles/struggles would magically "go away" when I began to recover...NOT!! They are still alive and well, but program is my "managing the crap storms of life 101"  hand book.. I do "handle it" better

AND making the best of it??? may not bring me more, but I just may appreciate what I already have /or where I am at more

I thought peace was external.....wrong again..Peace is not letting the daily cow flaps being tossed at me wreck my day...wash them off and move on........
