On my facebook page, I post my "just saying" little wisdom thingys , my ESH for the day, so to speak..I posted this and got lots of likes and comments...Hope you all get some use out of it
I am practicing on being more *present* in all things that I do because I cannot be fearful when I am focused on the right now...AND , when that moment is gone, it is gone
Do you remember the "stop, look, and, listen" slogan from when you were a child? Every so often, even for a few minutes each day, try to remember to practice it.
Slow down or stop - depending on how fast you're going.
Look - see where you are, whom you're with, what you're doing. Give whatever you're doing your attention. If this is difficult- narrate to yourself what you see, feel, smell, hear etc.
Listen - as much as possible, breathe to relax yourself, when mental chatter arises, gently bring yourself back into the now..Focus on your breath if you have to to quiet you down, just listen to nature, to other people, to your higher power, and to yourself. JUST saying!!!!!!

I was on my FB page and ran into this...thought "oh yea, need to practice this AGAIN and AGAIN" until I "grow" new habits.....Simple, yet hard to make habit.....Don't give up.....U R worth it....

Hey PnP, this is a post that I had generated...just some ideas i got here and there and put together this little tidbit....so you wouldn't have seen it unless we were friends.........my friends ask me for some "just saying" posts and I have to explain to them, that I have to be "prompted/moved" by my inner HP to say what needs to be said , what folks need to hear...its like I go for days and say nothing, then all of a sudden, i'll have a something to say, LOL...sorta like hearing music in your head and you gotta get up and write the lyrics to it.....I'm glad you got blessed with this......HUGS

Thank you so much for sharing this. It seems like it should be so simple to do but like riding a bike, it might take some tries until it becomes second nature(at least for me). Truly wonderful ESH.
