A Business meeting was held in the alanon chat room 8- 5i n order  to review on line  meeting protocols and obtain directions as to "ops status and establish char  responsibilities.

We discussed banning members or booting them from the chat room and it was agreed that these tools must only be used in drastic circumstances. We also reviewed the necessity for chair person training an this  will be established going forward   

Tanin announced that he would like to step down from his responsibilities as MIP Web master as he has held the position for  one  and a half years  and he has other pressing activities that he needs to address,

  This is a simple overview as minutes were not taken

Hidden offered her service and if anyone else would like to volunteer Tanin will post the job  requirements 

here shortly   Next meeting will be announced

were any decisions made about getting new moderators up on the Alanon chat room meetings...?
