I know for some this may be a challenge, but using program tools, we ALL CAN have a great 4th by remembering and practicing the slogan "keep the focus on us"

My brother is back on shore, missing, undoubtedly drinking, but you know what?? I will lift him in prayer, do my thing..Today I will play basketball at one of my gyms, maybe practice some indoor tennis and DEFINITELY swim...Brother is in the hands of his Higher Power and that is where I am leaving him...Sober but not programming older daughter is still not speaking to me for what offense, I don't know...Again..I lift her in prayer and give HER over to her Higher Power

I cannot help them..I cannot change them..I cannot cure them...but I can make MY days good by keeping the focus on me and focusing one day at a time and I've already begun that..Got some great videos off youtube I'll watch later, tonight and its going to be focusing on the things I CAN influence and that is me and how MY day goes...
