I am winging it because I don't have my reading glasses. Huge font! I am so grateful. I have been blessed beyond measure. There is something about live one day at a time! I find my wrist bands help. You see I am using the wrist bands to remind me when I start future-tripping, I can look & even snap it a little to remind myself. Just for Today & one day at a time.
Another tool. My God box I got focus on myself. I am turning my life into slogans & sayings that go along w/ my program. I am so excited to find something else to focus on besides my issues. I call them issues not problems. I feel a lot better that way.
Today I took a long walk. got a banana & a set of jacks for me & my friend & her daughter. Some of you remember that I died eggs w/ them. I am so excited to be able to enjoy these things w/ being a kid or someone's mother. I know that I make a great aunt but I still would like to share my moments w/ friends no matter how big or small. Also, I got a badminton set for 3 dollars. It doesn't have a net yet, but I have played w/o one w/ an adult. It is so fun! I am so thrilled to buy something that doesn't cost a lot & keeps the kids entertained. So, now I see where I can be of use I can use my money & my time. I am a constant giver. It is so obvious that my HP gave me the ability to give back what I have so freely been given. I am so grateful again to take the focus off my mom & her PROBLEMS! I have stated already that she is a ward of the state. I cannot see it any other way. She is going to have to face that fact she doesn't belong where she lived for many years. She burned her bridges. That is enough about her.
So much to say! I am hoping that I can continue to read this large print. I am grateful again for the RLE they did on my eyes. So, I can see far away not so much close up! How could I not be grateful? I have macular degeneration. Not age-related. I got diagnosed when I was 32 or 33. I know it has been awhile because my husband & I have been marred. 19 years. We are happier than the day we met. Anyhow, I had the surgery because I could no longer see w/ any kind of clarity. I have been fortunate to afford to get the surgery because it was elective. I am grateful that even though I did have the money to pay for them.
So much else to say! I will end here. I have still been having sleep issues. I am grateful for the time I get to spend w/ recovery on the brain early in the morning. If it keeps getting better, I don't know what I am going to do!

Change has affected my sleep a bit. Ihave to say tthat my friend kept me up w a lot of issues. Could only text her. It was too late to call & too early in the morning now.
