Husband sent me a goodbye letter say he wants to end it all tonight. I call 911. The cops show up and he made contact with one cop. The cop talk with him inside the house and verified that he was alive amd drunk. The cop steps outside and then He wont open the door so they won't break it down. They advised me to leave amd stay somewhere else for the night. I followed their advise. I'm sick with worry.

Thanks everyone for the thoughts and prayers. AH is safe for now. He asked why I called the cops and I told him because you sent me that email. He said he loves himself too much to do it.
