I was just looking at the calendar and on Friday, March 23, it will be the 20-year anniversary of the first date I had with my wife. We spent the evening at a meeting and doing step work related stuff. I wrote a story about it for the AA Grapevine in 2010. I think I posted it on this board a few years ago......yep I just searched using my handle and it was posted on February 25, 2012. Nancy and I were at that same meeting earlier tonight. I hadn't planned on going to a meeting tonight. But, one of the ladies we used to sponsor years ago rang me up and asked where was the closest meeting tonight, so I told her the location and the time. She thanked me and said See Ya There and hung up. So, we went to the meeting. That group meets a few nights a week and as it happens, they have a meeting on Friday night, so now we know how to celebrate our anniversary, by going to a meeting. That's the plan, Fran.

My  HP also uses manipulation to get me where it wants me to be and the to do what it needs me to do.  I see it as an HP "Gotcha!!"  and I willingly participate.  HP got me very well with a post Betty just issued.  It's gonna be a lesson day for me.  Mahalo Wolfie   ((((hugs)))) 

Also...Congratulation to both you and your wife.  I also find it amazing that my program attending (also) wife has participated with me for the past 24 years.  It works when you work it....ea
