I have been doing yoga on/off for a few years now. It greatly helps center my mind, body and soul. I've taken classes and am now doing it at home whenever I can get a chance.
Yoga with Adriene has free classes on YouTube, and is a great friend I look forward to seeing on the mat.
Just thought I would share what has helped me.

Thanks Sarah I am a huge fan of Yoga Exercise. I too attended classes many years ago and now make sure that i perform my yoga exercises each morning after I post on MIP. I agree, it does enhance my program and provides tools to keep me centered. i find that The breathing exercises are essential

Another yoga fan here! I have practiced for close to 20 years ... and I believe it has helped my physical and mental health. I have seen the Adrienne videos on YouTube as well, and liked them.
One of my favorite yoga teachers at my gym -- and I don't think she has ever heard of Al-Anon -- sometimes says at the beginning of class, "It's not what you can do, it is what you can let go."

Thanks for sharing, E2D, I will check out the videos. I have been thinking about trying out yoga, but never got there. Youtube is definitely more convenient this way to see what it is!
