Courage and I will be keeping the chat room open today for anyone that needs support during the holiday. This is something that we used to do in the room before John passed. In his memory I'd like to see us do this again throughout the holidays. We know that for many dealing with the disease of alcoholism, the holidays can be some of the most difficult of times. If you'd like to volunteer to be in the room during a certain time, let me or courage know. Thank you.

If you go into the room and no one seems to be there at the moment, hang around for a bit and someone will usually be in. I personally will have a -brb after my name if I am away from the keyboard (afk), but will be checking in throughout the day, as will courage. Prayers for everyone to have a Happy Thanksgiving despite the holiday stressors.
