I am sure I've gotten enough sleep physically yet mentally and emotionally thereafter I have not. I'm yawning and happy and excited I made it to the computer and this family because program family can and will change my perspective, attitude and spirit quickly. MIP is part (big) of my literature and the ESH brings so much hope and spiritual balance when I need it most.
I read this morning of newcomers to the family making great strides with increased trust that they can and will re-find the happiness they know and trust still is here for them. Marvelous because that is how it happens for this old timer also.
I am grateful there was a John F...our founder and more still for the family which has been built up and surrounded itself and each other with the Love and Understanding necessary to keep the disease at bay. Great 12th step this morning. (((((hugs)))))

I too have an attitude of gratitude and MIP is a huge part of my recovery.....I have had 'a day' and know I can come here and find balance, anytime for any reason or no reason at all.
Rain has cancelled my softball for tonight and that's OK with me! I've been fighting a bit of a cold and 2 of my 3 guys have been more crazy than normal affecting my sleep/peace. Renewal is key for me and a break from the game I love sounds like a God thing!!!
