There is so much she's has given to me .. what Betty shared is right on course.
The one thing I always go back to is when I was really being so hard on myself when I first started working with her was the statement and I cried for a good 15 min after,
Please be kind to my friend S she's been through so much and she needs you to be kind to her.
I don't know that still chokes me up when I think about that .. she just validated me in ways I had not experienced before so that was a huge gift.
Thanks for the topic. :)

It is 2:55pm on Thursday, and you are here, with me, talking. You are in this moment OK. Trust God and the process - you will be OK.

"This has happened before; why are you upset this time?"
It was like a lightbulb went off in my head! I thought that was so true! It had happened before, I had survived, so why hang on to the hurt feelings?
That phrase helped me to move on faster; what used to have me stewing for weeks, now I can let it go in a few hours.

Great thread bunny, my sponsor is amazing. She told me it's later than you think L. It got me to try hard to really live and appreciate life x
