I work with a very close knit family of women .. I truly love these women they are the best and knowing that's what is waiting for me at work sometimes is what gets me out of bed in the morning .. I have been struggling with different stress and so on. Boyfriend is great .. believe me he would help me more if I asked however I don't want to, I do get scolded over that one .. lol.
Anyway, a girlfriend of mine here in TX asked me what my XAH looked like .. honestly I have no recent pics why would I .. well I have been blocked by the wife (I almost put Xwife .. LORD I have been doing that a LOT .. hmm) .. so I looked up her page on my friends phone and it scared me a great deal .. I thought for more than a second that was her dad she was standing next to and it made me LOL. He's not a bad looking guy however he's aged a LOT .. I mean a LOT. Considering he's 5-7 years younger than the wife I was shocked at how much older he looks. I'm sure it is his life style that has taken a toll on him .. the weight losses gains as well as the fact he's wearing a beard at the moment and the fact he just looks old. He just turned 50 and I thought for a second OMGOSH .. do I look that old?! I checked .. LOL .. want an honest answer as a 12 year old how old you look .. LOL. Apparently I'm doing ok or he wanted his milkshake .. LOL!
I was telling the ladies at work this and they were laughing at me there are 3 of them I am close to and again it's a department of 7 of us. Well son of a gun .. LOL .. they got on her page his page and went as far as the original g/f of his .. don't ask .. it became a game at this point .. at first they were like he looks relatively normal and then they scrolled down and one goes OMGOSH .. who let the serial killer out!? I know bad bad S .. I was on a roll that day .. so the original other woman comes up and I could have kissed my co-worker .. OMG .. she's not that pretty .. you have to realize what I heard for a LONG time from my XMIL about how pretty she was and so on .. so that made me feel a little vindicated that no she's not all that .. well would you believe this woman is following me .. she lives in TX an hour away from me .. UGH .. what are the odds?! Even TX is not big enough for the two of us .. geeze. I though hmm .. wonder if my XAH realizes that all his ex's live in TX? it answers a question I had been wondering about though .. so go figure.
Anyway, it was a amusing moment and I realized though I really have zero left when it comes to the XAH that I don't even recognize him in pictures that blew my mind. I'm really ok with that .. it's sad on a lot of levels because we do have kids together .. my daughter and I had a laugh over it and she said mom .. he's just so not ok. I told her I know baby .. it is just sad to me that this is as far as it all goes.
I hope Texas is big enough and she has enough sense to stay on her side of the state .. LOL .. which is her little town .. the rest is mine :)
