I woke up often last night with something relating to my son going round and round in my mind. I woke up with seething anger, i wanted to react, wake everyone up, tell them what was what, kick them all out, the whole dramatics, the urge was intense. I didnt, i sat with the anger, kind of allowed it to be, never been good at it, then it faded minute by minute. I wrote a letter, expressing myself and stating the unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated etc. Then i got a couple more hours sleep and when i woke up i read my book, connected with my hp, asked whats the right thing, decided or was guided to not give the letter, i put it in the hands of my hp and left it there. Then tonight more was revealled and there has been resolution of some sort. Just like that, like a miracle, now change has occured without my forcing it, without my will and weirdly, i never really did any of this consciously you know. I never carefully thought it all out and made decisions, i think i just got a bit quiet about it and kind of surrendered it, step 1. Thank you higher power for guiding me.x
