iM in alot of pain and filled with frustration. Wrenched my back somehow and have been frustrated,angry and confused. Im going to see a back doctor on monday after being to walk in,er and my bone doc. at my bone doc, i was so much in pain, i was crying hysterically. Now I cant look for work til this is resolved. My boyfriend helps when he can but basically since i live alone, i feel like 5 years old this past week. I was a child given great responsibility at age 5 and no one nutured me. too long to explain, except to say i always had to struggle unaided even through 3 marriages. This past week, i discovered that although my boyfriend doesnt have addiction problems, he does have many unresolved emotional issues. Im trying to sort all of this out in my head,mostly as it relates to me and how it is or will affect me. I know this might be vague but even praying, i feel alone and conflicted.

(((Alyce))) - for me, when I am not feeling well - processing things typically takes a more negative slant than when I am spiritually sound. Be gentle with you - you're suffering and in pain. Just breathe and focus on one moment at a time. My favorite go-to when I feel distant from God is Christian Rock Music. I love music and love the lyrics - they are uplifting and tell stories of spiritual conditioning and connections. You know I am also a huge fan of Joel Ostein.....his podcasts typically help center me too!
