AH was in touch to apologize and get back on track again and asked to come home. I offered to meet for coffee. He had me pick him up because he was drunk. I felt sorry for him. i think he really wants to do better. He has his plan of what to do. He said he would work on detoxing the rest of the day so he could drive home in the morning. I didn't believe or disbelieve what he told me. I just accepted his intentions. He never made it thus morning and I'm okay with it. It's a beautiful day, my daughter and I have plans and we are in class trip and okay. I'll say a prayer for him because I saw how lost and unhappy he seemed to be yesterday but that's it. His choices are his and mine are mine. I'm choosing to enjoy the day and the time I've been given to use well.
