Things are still in a tangle here. I let x sis in law help with tax situation and because of XAH's refusal to cooperate, things arent getting done. Werid feeling, having xsis in law describe all his behaviors and all the yelling, drinking and other horrible behavior xah has. Dejavu for me and new for her. I suggested Alanon but she is too much in a frenzy. I find myself offering her possible avenues to deal with her brother, most of which i had tried during my marriage. They didnt work but maybe she can get them to work. Confession..is it horrible of me to have a secret bit of glee that this woman who didnt lift a finger to help the last 25 yrs and accused me of not doing anything, is now suffering with his 'stuff' ?????
tring to stay out of it as i can, not calling or trying to see him etc. Ive been sick and still looking for a job and it is crunch time

Oh Alyce - it's OK to find gratitude at the expense of others. I had to ask my sponsor this - there is a bit of peace when one who was in denial about the disease is now experiencing it for the first time. Just helps to know I was part of the crazy but not all of it!!
