i looked up alanon meetings in my local area. there are so many different kinds. i have no idea where to start. there are brown baggers, serinity group, recovery, trinity, pick me ups, liturature,...many more. what have i gotten myself into:)smile.

i'll find something.

Wow I'm jealous!!  I'd just start a going!!! Pick one one day another the next or something like that!

I have only two in my area--one meets too late for me.  So I go to the other.  It meets once a week and there are 3 people in it. (I do enjoy  it though!!!!!) 

Have fun trying them out and good luck finding one that fits you!

Just pick a day and tell your self that you are going to go for a meeting, maybe even 1/2 hour just give a chance it will be really great for u. I have gotten alot of support from the group from face to face.

try to go to as many as you can,,i go to a brownbagger meeting and love it..sit and eat and share. its good to get to many meetings at the very start..get grounded make new friends....

Go to as many as you can - I often wish I could make those lunchtime meetings but they don't fit the schedule I have.  Enjoy!!!
